I could be mistaken, but it doesn't appear that the item you purchased is part of their promoted items. In looking at their rules/terms, they list the following as valid items:




While they do have bags of mini bars on that list, the ones you purchased seem to be a special variety (Ferrera?) and its UPC is 099900435906, which sadly doesn't appear on their list. :X

I did see your screenshot, and based on the description, I wandered over to Amazon to look up what I think is the item you purchased. This is the link I found: https://www.amazon.com/Ferrara-Butte...0841959&sr=8-3. If that is in fact the item you purchased, it doesn't appear to be on their list of "participating items", and could have been declined for that reason.

a friend who bought the same thing as me (lives in the same place as me) have accepted the receipt (and it is also shown in euros and dollars, and puts the name of the article in Spanish)

Not sure what to tell you in that case. From what I've read, it doesn't appear that yours nor your friend's item should have been approved if going by their "participating products" list. Are you positive it's 100% the exact same item? Maybe they just got lucky and someone passed it through by accident.

And just as a disclaimer, I have not read the entirety of their rules and know nothing of the actual process for how they're approving/declining codes. I'm not claiming that my comments are absolute fact, but more trying to help steer in a possible direction for why it may have been declined. :X

I'd buy $5 worth of items shown on their qualifying product list and resubmit. :X

I tried it on a normal large grocery shopping list. Sent it in 2 days ago. The curb side pickup e-mail receipt had no codes on any individual item either, so this will be an interesting test. I did highlight the Butterfinger line when I sent it in though. Have not heard back yet, was going to give them at least a week.

I got the e-mail this afternoon that my receipt has been accepted. Local HEB, big shopping list, sent the entire list in with the one item highlighted.
