Apparently Yoshi-P thinks larger scale savage content is easier to get in to

Are you serious Yoshi-P? Do they even look at the clear numbers? There's literally more people with the e12s mount (which only 1 out of the 8 people in the clear can get a week) than people with the Cerberus mount (guaranteed per clear)

I can't believe this is the direction this game is moving to. Instead of 4 man savage dungeons it seems like we'll get more large scale savage content which is infinitely harder to schedule.

Edit: Don't forget to mention that larger scale content ALWAYS means easier mechanics. DRS was a complete joke of a "savage" fight. It was at most EX level and that's kinda pushing it.

Completely unnecessary snark. The OP is absolutely right. DR savage was a stupid idea, and even the vast majority of savage/ultimate raiders will never bother with that garbage content because nobody has the time to organize such massive groups. Creating more of that type of stuff is not what they should be doing in my opinion.

Plus, aren't huge raids popular in Wow? I thought a lot of our raiders wanted bigger raids so they could take more people along since savage limits you so much. At least, I've seen those requests in the past

Eh, WoW and XIV are completely different games. It's hard enough to find groups that work for people who want to raid while working 2nd shift. If now more content is going to require insane amounts of people then that's more content I'm unlikely to be able to do.

But you never heard the opinion of people that if I completed DR Savage as Xenos or group 1 and 2 of Aether? DR Savage is okay, you know he's not okay? That this content from day 1 had to be synchronized with 24 players instead of 48. Do you know that this is not right? That they continue to believe that the PVE community of this game is great when they have dedicated themselves to killing it

The issue with DR Savage it a bit more complex though then just "difficult to get into". Unlike BA which had quite a few rewards attached to it past your first clear and the Ozma mount, DRS has.... Dyable judge gear I guess? This removes the amount of people willing to run the content again for people who may be interested in it in the future. The few Discord servers I'm on which tries to find people for these two have significantly slowed down, and BA still has far more groups for it. If they are going to do more of these in the future, they need to
1. Make the content more puggable and
2. Make it actually worth the time and effort.

I can't bring myself to agree with MPK directly so I'll just agree with you instead. Making the content more puggable is probably the best solution, in my opinion. If their goal was to get more people into this content they failed miserably. As things currently stand, DRS is a waste of space.

The problem with this content is that the PVE scene in this game is small. They are creating content thinking that the PVE scene of this game is big as is Wow when the truth is that they themselves have made sure that this scene is small.
