Last time Yoshi P answered this question, he said "No". I think no means no. He made it clear that PvP is sacred and not to be tarnished.

HAHAHAHAHA give this guy a gold trophy for comedy...
PvP is Tarnished aleready, feast being the mostly tarnished of all the modes...
I can make a list of every single thing wrong with feast... Like, people with multiple alts at top 100, People that pay someone to put their char at top 100 (I Know some that paid 225$ for a top 100 spot [and ever reported then] but whelp, if square did nothing who is me to do anything...).
Win trading is also a problem at lower elos (Before getting gold if you are late for feast they are CAN be common depending on the day and time...).
Just to name a Few...
PvP is NOT SACRED, is a trainweck shitshow you CAN ENJOY for Fun, but when you are trying going for anything (Like Mounts, Pets or Glamour) you can get reeeeeeeeealy frustrated...
Also don't get me started on the bad netcode (Somethimes i can get 1.5 Secs of delay before the action ever register on mah enemy or on my buffs). I like PvP, and yes i think top 100 are nice and well deserved (for people that got legit).
Most of the time, Alts, wintraders, and Speedhackers pretty much make newcomers hate the game mode since in feast if someone is new they can die in like... 5 secs...
Making a Feast Curency for participation that enable people get a alternative set of Weapons and Armor for people that just are not Top Pvper's would realy increase it popularity cuz... let's be real... i can get wolf marks at frontiline...
All i can say is when we had garo it kinda had a purpose... but without garo so why would i go for feast mode if im not trying for top 100 or Wolf Colars? Masochism?
it's pretty much too late at this point for any change to feast since itll be dead in Endwalker.
they had perfect opportunity to turn 8v8 into a casual fun mode with its own currency for winning and shop seperate from collars/marks but decided to just ignore feast besides few adjustment to jobs and just let seasons roll.
I don't think its too late for FFXIV PvP and you can tell they are moving away from PvP work and refinement. So im just suggesting some new work arounds to continue adding to pvp with minimizing the workload on the probably small pvp dev team that will satisfy most people. plus if they add the models from the top 100 armors to the reward list im sure feast seasons would spike for the true endgame GLAM.it's pretty much too late at this point for any change to feast since itll be dead in Endwalker.

I'm not demanding T100 gear into rewards. I am suggesting they use the models for rewards. The Ultimate rewards are just artifact weapons with a new effect. The ultimate weapons are not new by design only effect. There is no time lock for ultimates; like the T100, for PvE the only time locks are seasonal events for a year. Outside of specific cross over and fanfest events thats really it. Plus they can add the models of t100 gear to rewards they only need to copy and change the color to a bland gray on all the gear and name it the "Worn" set. so you wont get the dyable that's only for T100 but you get something. The low rewards and lock out is what's killing PvP.
You will never get old rewards. There are enough glams and mounts for you to be happy with, stop being so damn greedy. There is no activity that could resemble the effort people went through to get top100.
And just saying, if you look at the last seasons, they reskinned old rewards, if you want them so badly, you could have done it, those were the most dead/easiest seasons ever. But you don't do it, because you don't like PvP, it is too much work, you want a grind instead of competition. Well, do the crafting or potd leaderboard then, have fun.
We need more exclusive and limited items, not less.
Stop asking to be able to get everything. Go earn it if you want it, it'll mean more to you that way.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with exclusives, especially when those items took incredible time and effort to get.Ultimate rewards can still be obtained four years after the content's initial relevance. Feast mounts, on the other hand, can't. In fact, they are the only reward in the entire game that with time exclusivity and a limitation on how many can be obtained. Everything else, including Ultimate, Necromancer and fishing, all some of the rarest or most difficult achievements to get, have been made easier to varying degrees throughout the years.
The only reason for this exception is due to PvP being on life support and the devs desperately trying to get some degree of interest.
Now I'm not saying they should necessarily be as easy as farming 20,000 Wolf Marks. But they should be obtainable.
By the Gods will the begging for old Feast rewards ever end?
There was a rediculous abundance of threads like this in the past, its bad enough we have recolors of the flying Chair now due to covid 19 resource starvation. Stop trying to make old rewards worthless. They are only special because only very few people still playing have them, as soon as you all have them, you wouldnt use them for long because then they wouldnt be special anymore.

I am not only saying that the old feast rewards themselves come back into the game. specifically i think they just use the armor the designs in a "weathered" fashion with undyeable and a faded color than the origional to keep intrest into PvP High. Keep the reward process the same with Wolf Collars over Marks.
