Bozja Buff suggestion/idea for lower lvls

I think Bozja has some fun ideas and fights, but it's locked behind a slog of grinding.

You can do bozja in a day. That's a massive "improvement" over eureka, if you view it being faster as an improvement. Yet, a day isn't good enough and you would like it to be faster. What if it were a holiday event quest that takes an hour?

The only ranks that involve a lot of grinding are the higher ones (about 10-15), which are optional ranks not required to do the large-scale CE.
