ANd thats why you should want the game to be updated on its infrastructure, so the devs can no longer make content in its current stagnated state, and have more freedoms. Thats why we should embrace change and the game being something different going forward. Change isnt scary, all things must change to not stagnate like it has this expansion.

Sorry, I enjoy it the way it is. And that's fine. You don't. That's also fine. But don't act like the game is going to die.ANd thats why you should want the game to be updated on its infrastructure, so the devs can no longer make content in its current stagnated state, and have more freedoms. There have been threads saying the game is dying since August 2013.
I like when they add new things and change stuff up, but I don't want a completely different game. If I did I wouldn't play this one.
I dont think I've ever said it would die outright, but I certainly don't think it will last another 10 years in this state, FF11 is still here, thats not death. I would rather not see XIV be quietly put into maint mode without the dev team and the game reaching its potential is all.
Also building upon existing and gutted systems is a form of change, its no longer what it was, but something better, that is the change I want to see. All the while maintainig is distinct FFXIV flavor as it is.

I'm not sure what side you're on here. Are you alright with stagnation or are you wanting SE to expand on their game design? I'd say doing HW dungeons are more engaging than fates. At least you're not sitting there spamming aoes to fill a bar to move onto the next fate to spam aoes to fill a bar to move onto the next fate to spam aoes to fill a bar...
