Suggestion. Resting bonus should be available in other locations

You know, some of these places that I'm referring to actually ARE inns.

Yeah, but some of those quest hubs are not Inns.
I would have more plans for the quest hubs though. Protect from the kobolds who steal the fruits, Amalj'aans invading the water pumps in Ul'dah,... As a reward the locals will give you food and if you report back to your GC you'll receive some company seals.

Or like other games do, when you stay near those you gain some bonuses on attack, defense, speed, HPs,... after paying some money for the service they offer.
Yeah I know, it's a little off-topic, but if you have Inns in the city, just go there and sleep there, no problem, rite?

Personally, I find the idea of having to go back to an inn everytime I logout in order to get the resting bonus to be more than a bit stupid.

I don't see a need for rested xp at all. *shrugs* Played a few weeks and have a 50 and a 38 already and wasn't difficult at all. I don't think max level should take years to reach but a few weeks playing casually? I thought there would be some difficulty to it.
I hope if there is rested xp inc it is difficult to get. You should have to go out of your way to get it. Maybe they should put in a long quest-chain to unlock rested. Rested xp questline takes 2 months to finish.

These locations might as well be at the camps, they are within 3 mins to the nearest aether, no thanks if they add this it might as well be anywhere you log out you get a bonus, also if you are doing leves for example (the only reason except grinding and gathering) most people finish thier leve set before they log, so why not go to town, pick up new leves, go to the inn and log.

Let me clarify why this would only be used by people doing leves, every location is near a camp with leves, if people want to get to ifrit, moogle, DH, Shposhe etc etc etc they would be better off setting HP and teleing to town, which the ppl doing leves need to do anyway to restock leves. If there were places at camps far away from town, that would be used by people not doing leves it could have some merit but right now it doesnt.

I like the idea of sleeping in an Inn. I also like the idea of sleeping in an inn in some far off town or village, besides just the big three cities.

Somehow seems more romantic for an adventurer to be travelling through the wilds, needing a bit of rest and comes into some distant and all but forgotten little village. I would just walk up to the innkeeper, hope they take Gil in this place and see if I can exchange for a room for the night. I would feel more like an adventurer in the wilds, rather than a commuter who lives in town but goes out to kill things but is always back home in time for dinner (/shutdown).

I don't see how allowing access to "sleep" in hamlets and/or Quest hubs would make the game easier (or how it can hurt the people raging over this suggestion ...).

I personally would like that, as I'd find it annoying to have to come back to town every time I log out to not miss the xp bonus. It's actually easier to come back to town than to travel to the nearest hamlet to sleep there, which would give you a choice to stay in the region at least.

And there are many other advantages, that I won't bother to point out ...

I don't! I want to have to run to get my bonus EXP! That way, you don't just get in the habit of returning and logging out. You have ONE MORE THING to do before you can go to sleep/work/whatevs!
