Some people seem to have gotten theirs already, but I submitted mine almost immediately after it started and haven't received a code yet. My guess is they might have an automated system scanning over some of the receipts and anything that passes gets it immediately, anything else has to be looked over manually.

I haven't gotten my code yet either, and I submitted mine like an hour and a half after it went live.
