I vote for 7.0 SE uses some if their marketing budget to make an an ad that mentions the dps focus of the game like healers should dps if they have nothing else to do. This alone would make me happy. :P
Farm it like bored of just looking at health bars BAM FFXIV got your covered! Make an ad with a warrior fell cleaving then have someone say whoa look at that cool damage dealer! Then correct them nope sir that is a tank!
FFXIV where everyone is a DPS! Please duty finder responsibly.

There's a saying that goes: "If it smells like s*** everywhere you go, it's time to check your shoes."
If you're having issues with every or almost every DF, it's time to analyze yourself and accept that maybe you're the problem.
Or maybe that's the mantra of someone who either doesn't know they are underperforming and isn't trying, or someone who doesn't care. But no, it's the other guy that's the problem, eh?
I put my all into everything I do, thanks for the implications though!
If you are having problems with everyone then it is time to analyze yourself, because it's you who is then turning around and saying "it's the other guy that's the problem" if the case is that you are having a problem every time
I've seen two people kicked from NN on excal. Both were being jerks/disruptive and well deserving of the boot.
I agree with this quote. It is surprisingly applicable for a lot of things - saw someone in NN complaining about the community being bad and being full of drama a while back and they ended up proving themselves the source of drama. When they left, things calmed down and we went right back to advicing / chatting with sprouts. There was someone in my LS who kept complaining about how 'bad luck' seems to happen to them all the time in dungeon runs and trials and, surprise surprise, they got kicked out of their FC for drama and I heard of how they would often throw runs / cause wipes if they fail to get the gear they wanted from the run.I put my all into everything I do, thanks for the implications though!

People on DF are, for the most part, average (not that good, but not that bad) and that's alright -- the truly bad ones, the ones deserving of a kick / disband? Shockingly rare.
And at the end of the day, a run taking 16 minutes instead of 12 is not the end of the world. A run taking 20 minutes because people stopped to explain to the 'baddie' how to perform better, and said 'baddie' taking to the advice and leaving the run a better player? That's loads better than a 10 minute run of the dungeon with all-skilled people imho.
In the end if the vote passes then clearly the group thought they were deserving, especially when you stack the vote in your favor by bringing a friend along. :P
Welp, guess we're done here. Nothing else needs to be said.
