Why player housing area not allow flying.

Since a negative consequence of flying in mmos is that you see way less people than when everybody is crossing paths with each other on the ground, this would also go against SE idea of "we are keeping residential areas as the main housing system so that you can feel you have neighbours".

And that would make sense if most of us saw other actual players in their respective wards. The last time I saw anyone at all was weeks ago. lol
