Ah, I see - is it possible that you lost your mentor status?

The mentor roulette will disappear if you're not a mentor anymore. They changed the requirements with 5.1 and maybe you dont meet them anymore?

The requirements right now include:

・Complete 1,000 dungeons, raids, or trials.

・Receive 1,500 player commendations.

・Complete any level 80 tank role quest.

・Complete any level 80 healer role quest.

・Complete any level 80 melee DPS or ranged DPS role quest.

They specifically changed the amount of player commendations needed - from 300 to 1.500. You'll also need to renew your mentor certification, which will only be possible if you meet the requirements I mentioned. Oh I dont heard this mento changed on 5.1.

And yes I had mentor status ago. But, I off this mentor status. Since I dont like show crown.
