What was the Japanese reception to Nier crossover?

I also enjoyed it but I’d say it’s gotten pretty negative feedback on Reddit as well for the story, or lack thereof. Reddit is a wider net than here, though how well it represents the community at large idk.

Reddit may be a wider net but a smaller pool if that makes sense. It draws in a specific crowd of folks, and even the kindest on there are pretty jaded and surly compared to elsewhere lol.
