PSA: If a player takes your loot in an "owner needs" map party, they get to keep it

I think if you want owner needs, then you need to pass lead and set lootmaster for every map.

The tool is there to use if you want (unless it doesn't work on map, never actually tried lootmaster, always go for FFA maps). Otherwise, if people can still need/greed the item, then it is what it is.
