The Hrothgar walk animation is what I imagine how juiced bodybuilders walk like after they go to the bathroom and there's no one around to help them wipe.

Please address this abomination.

It's just due to them being the Beast Race, it was the same with the Orc's in WOW too, and look how long it took them to go to the chiropractor.
As soon as a game places a playable Beastly race in a game you can be sure they will suffer back issues and be hunched over.

I fully agree with the sentiments stated here wondering why the Devs have been so tight lipped about it. Like do they expect us to just forget about it, whilst every new patch brings new hats/hairstyles for every other race besides Viera/Hrothgar? It just breeds contempt and anger, and that’s on the devs, not the players for expecting something they promised. It would do them a world of favour to do a little bit of PR on this and just say “Hey, sorry there’s been no exclusive Viera hairstyles yet (which we said we’d give) or additions for Hrothgar, we haven’t forgotten you and we’re working on it.” That alone would quell much of the anger and impatience, for myself included.

My raiding main is hrothgar now and I am happier with him than I thought. Getting used to walking animation took few days, I find it ok and positively distinctive by now - love looking like lion and their emotes generally are good and enjoyable i think ^_^)/

Makes me so so so wish I could be fem!hrothgar too! Since the boys are so surprisingly lovely.

My guess on why they are being quiet and not just adding stuff over time is because we'll get a substantial refactor of the two races in 6.0 . Adding more stuff during 5.x would just impact and put more burden onto bigger changes to the two races. Imo anyway lol

Surely if they are planning big additions in 6.0, they should have told us to calm the concerns we have no? Would make the most sense imo.

You're more optimistic than I am, I think we haven't heard anything for the simple reason that they haven't done anything.

I want to be pleasantly surprised but I wouldn't be at all shocked if the plan, such as it is, is to just leave the new races as they are indefinitely.
