Extreme trials/MSQ duties should be more rewarding for mentors

right now there is no incentive for a mentor to want to clear an ex trial on mentor roulette

this could be easily fixed by giving mentors 10 points towards the achievement instead of 1 which will give them a reason to actually stay in the trial and mentor people

I shouldn't get 1 point doing a 45 minute praetorium when I could get the same amount doing any dungeon

Oh I forgot teachers taught for free, my bad.

but jokes aside I think we should get a rating system for mentors instead of the current system we have now
I've mentored plenty of sprouts outside of the roulette but nothing of that ever gets added to my achievement count despite the experience being better than doing it in a roulette where people don't want to trust you or even consent to being mentored

The roulette doesn't even filter by language ever since they disabled language filters so I've had sprouts that couldn't speak a word of english

But that's what it was intended for at first, and that's why a lot of people used to become a mentor for.

Then it needs to be changed and that's what these forums are for, if people say this is fine the devs will just ignore the feedback

they have done nothing to improve the mentor-sprout experience for years and that's why we mentors are called burger king crowns
