Viera and Hrothgar Megathread

My guess.. they're not coming. That at least I will agree is wrong. If they were promised 'unique hair' sometime down the line then you'd generally expect them to keep their word.

It was said during the reveal that they wouldn't have headgear or modern aethetics compatibility that they would be adding more unique hair in the future. IIrc they mentioned that they knew the selection at launch was sparse and not a representation of what we should expect, but I'd have to find the LL clip of that.

If you are talking about that head gear fix mod its still not that great
hair clips through hat's and helmets and adjusting stuff client side is much easier than server side.

its not like there is a Hat division that is slacking its they have to make multiple gear each patch and have to make sure it fits every race and yes hrothgar and viera still miss out on new hats but it's clear to see they at least try to make it work with them like the Bozja hood of fending and crypt lurker helm of Maiming/healing.

Not that I'm advocating for letting viera have all hair, but I'm tired of the clipping excuse. Gear routinely clips into player bodies, and the current viera hair already clips into everything because it has the physics of a sheet of bent cardboard. Unique and quality hair btw.

Yeah, I really won't take clipping as an excuse when it's present everywhere else. I have to avoid entire glamour sets because my preferred hair style, the hime cut, clips like hell on them. They already make no effort to resolve hair clipping issues with gear that has high collars, hoods or other such stuff, so it really shouldn't stop Viera hairstyles.
