I think what happened here is that the connection got lost when you finished the dungeon, which caused the following cutscene to not trigger. To continue, you need to zone into the area you're supposed to be dropped off at, (which I believe is the Dravanian Hinterlands). If you are already there, try moving to another zone, then moving back again.

I have tried several times. I've left the zone and re-entered, I have done the dungeon a hundred times and nothing ever plays afterward.

A bit drastic, but you could try reinstalling the game in case something on your end corrupted that's causing the problem.

The description implies you have completed the dungeon: "At the end of your ramble through the relict, you succeed in creating - and subsequently taming - the mother porxie. All that remains is to see if she can produce a litter of little helpers."

Yet, the quest objective says: "Use the Duty Finder to enter Matoya's Relict."

So it does acknowledge you have completed the dungeon, it just doesn't acknowledge that you have activated the cut scene at the end of it and wants you to go back into the dungeon to activate it, which doesn't seem to be working.

I wish they'd tell me what's going differently in the video and in their quest. There's something that's skipping and All I'm getting is "It's just not."

Is it dumping them right outside the dungeon? Is it dumping them infront of the NPC they've got to speak to, but there's no quest marker?

Sounds clear enough to me. Quest says enter Relict. If you're at that stage of the quest, Trust NPCs should be standing outside. Dungeon has been cleared, so Trust NPCs are gone. But quest still says enter. There won't be any other NPCs to continue the quest until the quest recognizes the flag for dungeon completion. It's not unheard of for the game to get confused mid-step and put players in similar situations.

Just fill out the bug report template properly, including character name (seriously, this whole thread, you've failed to actually say what character this is even occurring on), anally detailed "steps" to reproduce (yes, these can probably be dumb and redundant, but useful for explaining the how of how you ended up in that situation). Genuinely, they typically remove every thread here into "not a bug report" if you don't fill out at least the important parts of that template.

I concur, it's possible this won't be enough information because you didn't use the provided template, but it does look like it might be a bug and the screenshot is very helpful in showing that. If it's not enough information you could try again with the proper template.
