They should be required to tell you what ToS you are breaking. It would be like you put in jail.
Police: You're arrested!
Me: Why? What have I done?
Police: You know. Now get rekt.
They tell you the clause or at the very least hint to it in the brief conversation where you're dealt your punishment and then another time when you've been sent an email. You just need to be able to reflect on your own actions, is all. Besides, you agreed the Terms of Service which specifies that if they so wish they can suspend or terminate your account for any or no reason at all.
In this case, OP seemed to not done anything to break 3.3 or whatever section was brought up. That's really concerning if you are getting punished for done something but won't be notified specifically what you did so you can't improve and not repeat the offence (if any)They tell you the clause or at the very least hint to it in the brief conversation where you're dealt your punishment and then another time when you've been sent an email. There's no evidence to support that their ban was or wasn't specified barring the effective "trust me, will you" - Since my memory recalls this specific situation is related to a Night Club advertisement. With this in mind I would hazard to guess their ban reason in email was quoted to be:
"3.3 Profanity and Offensive Language. You may not use profanity or any language that a reasonable person would find offensive. The Game is for players aged 13 and older. You agree to behave accordingly.". Soliciting mature advertisements on the party finder violates this clause. At least I would imagine so. I don't agree with targeting them relentlessly as people have been as it could constitute harassment. But the simple fact of the matter the interpretation is there and in no uncertain terms.

The same conversation OP had with the GM was posted in a more recent thread. OP runs a club that offers ERP services for gil. They post their carrd in the PFs they make. This breaks 3.3 and OP knows exactly why they were pulled into gaol, they just thought that having things listed on an outside website would not be able to be able to be reviewed by a GM. Which they would probably be right about...if they didn’t put the link in-game themselves.
OP was deliberately playing innocent and leaving out information to try to garner sympathy/outrage.
