Actually it is usually because of a few that really know what they do, that decide the final outcome.To be fair, you can play exceptionally well in Frontlines only to lose through no fault of your own due to other players refusing to follow tactics and objectives.
With that said, as someone with a long string of victories there under my belt? You win some, you lose some. I do my daily Frontlines roulette with a friend and we win some and lose others. It's best not to get too invested or upset over it because in its current form, it's really just a matter of luck in regards to being placed with competent players.
