Look into the inventory of your house both in and outside, it is there you put it... in other ways you can not relocate unless you got space enough for all items in your houses inventories.

Someone who has a small doesn't need to move items into their inventory to relocate. The Store Room limit temporarily increases to 400 when relocating, which covers 200 placed and 200 in the Store Room. They're just unable to add any more to the Store Room until stored items drop back below 200.
