    You don't have to look at the loot until the dungeon is finished. If the Need button is available you can press that, if not, press Greed. Rolling Need on loot that isn't an item level upgrade is not looked down upon like it is in WoW. The gear can be saved for alt jobs or fashion purposes, desynthesized (disenchanted) or sold to an NPC in exchange for Grand Company seals.

    Yes you do. The loot from the first boss is unlikely to still be there at the end, unless you're going particularly fast.

    Look, as in stop and compare it to your current gear. Like I said, just roll Need or Greed and carry on.
