This is precisely why Novice Network needs sharper moderating, be it from GMs lurking and reading, or be it through a genuine report system. Though I feel that appropriate use of Novice Network should be encompassed in the terms of service, especially as it pertains to spoilers. Just a nice little snag to make these people more accountable for their actions. I'm also a strong advocate that if you post spoiler content related to the story in a novice network then it should warrant an immediate temporary ban.

Sounds like a self loathing person who doesn't have anything else going on so he makes it his business to be a pain in the ass to other people. SE should start with hardware bans for people like these and the RMT sellers etc. Honestly think south korea having people's ID's linked to their games is not such a bad idea.. Korean MMO's really don't have these issues with hackers, rmt etc

This has been explained already. Also, he's doing it on all of the Worlds on Aether. Not sure if he is on the other Data Centers doing this. However, we should not have to transfer off of our Worlds just to try and get away from some extreme person like this.

He's using free trials which is precisely why they can't get rid of him.

He also makes several accounts to spam with on rotation to ensure people can't just BL him once and let that be that.
