Nael Deus Darnus, sort of. They've reused her and even reused the exact model for her Turn 9 appearance, but I guess technically as far as I can see there's nothing that's reused the skeleton? Probably a shot and a miss.
Nael's skeleton was reused for Kuribu/Forgiven Dissonance and Nidhogg's dragoon form. There is a lot an idle stand chance can do to make skeleton sharing harder to notice. Forgiven Rebellion is easier to notice reskin as it uses Nael's idle stance.

I don't think they've reused any of the Ivalice raid alliance bosses as hunt monsters yet, with the exception of Construct 8, but I haven't participated in S rank hunting since Stormblood.
Most of them are actually reskins of previous bosses.

Obviously they've never reused any of the Heavensward knight forms... I think.
As those are actually just enlarged Player Character models no real need to.

Hypertuned Grynewaht I guess? sort of?[/quote]

He is a Roe model with extra gear. Even uses the WAR's axe stance.

Bardam's Golem, though it's technically not engaged.
That was a reskin of Sephirot's giant model and later reused for a pseudo-boss in Mt. Gulg.

I guess the possessed Raen as second boss in Shisui reused Dun Scaith queen?
Modified Siren/floating female body.

The Motherbit giant tomestone boss in Fractal Continuum HM wasn't a reuse, maybe?
Reskin of the ADS/Spinner Rook enemies.

Suzaku and Seiryu's human forms, I think?
Suzaku's human form was a reskin of the floating female body.

Seiryu is a merger of the floating serpentine dragon model and Zurvan.
