    Yes it is reportable if you keep spamming the same thing over and over again, a text emote also can e going as /poke /poke /poke or whatever and if is a custom text emote that say the same again and again and again.. or combat macro you keep flooding public places with such as /shout /yell /tell /say /n then you can also be reported.

    Same goes with stuff that show no text as well, eg. heavy skill spam in populated areas... like holy... or anything of the likes that produce a loud sound and more.... bards can be reported too if walking up to another bard and just keep on pressing random buttons to disturb that persons playing and being annoying to those that listen.

    In general, there is some low lifes that think it is cool to do such thing to irritate and provoke people with... and trying to ruin possible content for others... in it sort under that catagorie as well, harrashment/spam/flood/obstruction.
