    It's because is not available for players yet, despite being on the game files as shown in the Garland Tools database.

    I bet it's going to be released before the xpac hits, since alphy changes outfits, and his current one is also as a player item in the same database. Makes me think both hair and outfit will be part of a mogstation set, like other scions'.

    Bad news: That alphy outfit is again a one piece, and probably undyable as well... If that's the case, I'll probably be purchasing just for the hair.
