Asserting it repeatedly doesn't make it true.
The only reason that 24-man raids have anyone in them, especially the Heavensward ones, which prior to the most recent relic update had average queue times of over an hour as a tank or healer, is because SE keeps pushing them. Without direct intervention, it is genuinely impossible to get a party together for anything other than CT.

I don’t know...
CT had no problem filling up as long as I’ve been playing the game, even before the SHB MSQ. But I would say Ivalice and to a lesser extent Mcach were somewhat dead content before this.
And Copied Factory has really long wait times right now, not sure about Puppets.
Even the less efficient Mcach and Ivalice raids still take a while to queue.

yes ques are somewhat slow but they are far from being deadI don’t know...

puppets and Factory ques will get better when next nier raids out

Wat? Like what? are you joking? Is this a serious post. Seems trollish to me, seems like you are "lazy" and want that shiny pixels right now. Like go off .....Let's be real here, the Shadowbringers relic questline is an extension of the Blades of Gunnhildr story, it's the story of Bozja's liberation, and a core part of one of the few major sub-plots in ShB.
There's no excuse for making it so that the only way to progress is to do alliance raids from already completed stories. Even worse is choosing alliance raids that have generally had an extremely poor reception; Crystal tower has trouble filling to this day unless you're doing a PF for BLU, and the Mhach and Ivalice raids were so dead that people were struggling to get access to bozja in the first place because people would rather strip off their jewelery than risk getting a Heavensward or Stormblood alliance raid.
The decision was made that it was important to the development team that they prop up dead content by making it the only effective way of progressing. (good luck convincing anyone that you did Stormblood FATEs for 35 hours to progress past the roadblock in the current relic tier, we all know you did the Alliance raids like an obedient little WoL). It's been shown time and again that someone high up in the FF14 team has some kinda boner for 24-person content, and that we're never going to be free of it until we, as a community, decide to not run it at all. The only way to win is to not play, to make the metrics on Alliance Raids so terrible that SE decides they're not worth the development time.

You're joking right?
I don't want them to make the grind faster, far from it, I think honestly that it's disproportionately easy compared to even post-nerf Anima weapons, the issue at hand is that the weapons have a story associated with them, and that story has been completely set aside in favor of pushing people to old content, something that wasn't the case with the previous relics, and is an unwelcome change to me.
Since when have Alliance Raids been dead content?
Is this a joke?
AR roulette is one of the most popular daily roulettes, and while Dun Scaithe and Orbonne can be difficult to get sometimes, Void Ark and Rabanastre have no trouble filling in a reasonable time.
If you think a 10-30 minute queue is unreasonable, you've been enjoying those tank/healer queue privileges a little too much.
Besides, Alliance raids are some of the best content in the game. If it were a choice between a dungeon, a trial or Orbonne, I'd pick Orbonne every time.
