Should SQEX also give rank boosts to people participating in The Feast, but not getting into as many matches?

Should SQEX have increased the skybuilders rank of people that wanted a Firmament title but weren't able to log in as much?

The answer to all of these is "no."
A perfectly even playing field simply cannot exist and SQEX shouldnt be responsible for trying to deliver the impossible.
