Notice for GMs/Square Enix Staff - YOU CANT REPLY TO A GM IN BOZJA

Yup. Sent in a report earlier, and the GM contacted me half way through Bozja's Delubrum. It's the only instance, I believe, that you can't contact them when you're messaged.

Question: you can't reply in any instance, or only in Bozja? Because iirc, since GMs use the /tell function, it shouldn't work in ANY instance because that function gets disabled.

Am I mistaken? If you contact a GM and they reply while you're in, say, Haukke Manor, can you reply back? The only time I recall needing a GM I was in Mor Dhona, so honestly asking.

Huh, if you can respond in instance servers then it DOES seem like an oversight, especially in Bozja and (apparently?) Eureka, which have a lot of players in them.

not just bozja's delubrum, but bozja itself. and yeah, it was like that in eureka as well. they would send you tells, but you cant respond because "instance area". i think its because you can only send tells to people inside your instance, so... you know. spaghetti code

Twice now I've had this happen. I shouldn't have to sit on my ass for hours only to have a GM decide the moment I'm in a place I can't reply to them they message me. GMs should be able to see where we are from what I remember from what I've asked them about contacting them.

Had to leave Delubrum to be able to reply this time due to the importance of the issue. Not getting that time back.
