Instead of cutting Ultimate from 5.5 why not cut bozja?

While i don’t agree the 48man savage should be cut for ultimate...
Just out of curiosity since some many people mentioned how ultimate is only for 1% of players... how many % of player is going to clear DR Savage?

More people if they didn't write it off as "bad content" immediately.

This is one of those "SE never does anything different" "why did they do that, no one wants it" things...
