I think I'm more concerned about how a person that's this new to the game got at least 8m.. we can already confirm cheating with auto clicker.. maybe buying gil as well???

You ppl forget the the place card is outside the plot, while retainers can only be placed inside, also the click rotation for buying an item from retainer is different from the one u do at the place card. If the player doesn't stand at a total crazy spot there is no way a retainer could get even in the way of a place card autoclicker.

Also its quite shocking how much spiteful players this game has, beeing so happy about someone being robed. Autoclicker or not, such behavior is beyond low.

I can understand evereyone who refuses to sit 12h or more straight at the front of a stupid place card and clicking this dam thing all the time manually like a stupid monkey, without even an guaranty to get the plot. Some unlucky ppl even had to do that for several days before they could get a plot. This is fail by design and it is only natural looking for a better solution than what the game offers to you.

The way that the game works when targeting "nearest" intractable object and cameras, they just have to put the retainer near the entrance inside. And the people use programs to mimic a "0, 0, 4, 0" spam, not quite literally an "autoclicker". So it is entirely possible, and has happened often enough, for people to catch these "autoclickers". It all depends on how close they are to the entrance and the angle their camera is left at.

targeting prioritizes npcs over objects. as long as the retainer is near the placard and the player is facing them both, 9/10 times the retainer will be targetted.

I can think the housing system is bad while also laughing at the person advertising that they are using an auto clicking program on the official forums. also OP did not get robbed. they made a legitimate transparent purchase from another player.

Is it though? Mods/bots that give you an advantage are naturally not going to be allowed. I only ever tried to get a house when new wards opened up. It's a very long time to wait but I didn't cheat the system to put me at an advantage over over players.

Wah I used a program to make the game play itself and it did things by itself I didn't mean for it to, wah wah.

I have a tip. If you don't want your cheating program to click on things you don't want, maybe don't use a cheating program to do it? It's not like it's against the terms to use it or anything...

Edit: Also, noting, I love how Square just moved this crap to Tech Support instead of punishing the player. #WeTotallyPunishBots
