Yeah but, visibly though. You don't know if the random Goblin Adventurer attacking you on the road is male or female.

I always played fem werewolves, argonians, charr, and the like in all games. M Hrothgar was not the "beastly" race I wanted because I do not want to play a man. I have no beastly option to choose.

If we're talking for real I would take playable Sahagin over anything. I think slapping in another cat race with Great Value Ronso was not just a mistake, but dropping the ball on expanding on the "bringing the beast tribes in" angle they want to take the MSQ in.
Oh cool, we're almost in the same boat. The murals pretty much confirm that the women are a bit smaller than female roegadyn, unless they decide to swerve and instead base the women off of the larger bodied queen depicted at some points. But I feel that that's unlikely, if only for gamedev convenience's sake. They probably would just base them on the usual female body as they've been doing, unfortunately.

I'll admit to being a bit surprised at how common the "knock-off Ronso" opinion is though. I think the Hrothgar are fairly cute, and appreciate that their faces are less overall human in proportion than the Ronso's. Like, sure, it's another cat race, but you've gotta admit the Miqo'te are very barely cat people to begin with, especially when they even lost some of the more cat-like features the Mithra in FF11 had.
