Requiring 24 person content for relic is a bad design decision

First and foremost, it doesn't help anyone actually needing the content for their MSQ. Why? People are simply using 22 person BLU groups to slaughter it. Speed wise, this is takes just as long ( a bit less actually) than a 4 man dungeon.

Second and probably the biggest reason is once the hype train dies down, it will be extremely hard to go back and complete this content later. Even more so once the next expansion drops. You (the developers) need to better future proof this content which you have largely failed to do with Eureka and Bozja.

If you are talking about CT, it already takes an insanely short amount of time, arguably less than your average 4 man dungeon. Yes, I would include World of Darkness in that statement. Very few people are running anything but Syrcus, Void Ark and Rabanastre, all of which are very short to run. I'm not saying I agree with having to run CT or the other 24 man raids for our relics, at least so many times. I don't. I hate it. I would prefer to be grinding in Bozja instead. But to say that BLUs have an advantage over everyone else is false. I ran a mostly BLU raid through Syrcus. It shaved off like, 1-2 minutes at most. Or at least it would have had we not wiped on Amon.

They didn't think ahead with Bozja at all. I can't believe it went live the way it did with 0 thought to future proofing it.

Castrum Lacus Litore is badly implemented, as it prevents the most players who need it from actually joining it. But there's not really a problem with CT. There will always be a content mapping through CT from now until the game goes offline forever.

I hope the fixes work out. I don't mind grinding out mats or anything else required to complete my relic, I just wish I could work on it as I waited for castrum. It's such a weird roadblock since I want to do the content but can't.

Wait did you really say people will have a hard time queueing into the Crystal Tower? It’s been out since 2014 and it’s the most encountered Alliance raid.

Come on, as if people had not found ways to shorten paths in the steps of the previous relics. I remember these same complaints with Eureka's relics, that it didn't help "at all" or that after Stormblood no one could get them for being dead content.

All relics have always sucked with their requirements, Eureka must have been the ONLY relic I obtained naturally while progressing.

Honestly, I hope it ends up being a queue system like what Delubrum has(very unlikely at this point sadly), that way you can queue directly for it rather than hope it pops and fills every hour.
