Delubrum reward drop rates

There have been other threads making the same observation. Likely this is intentional so as to keep the content populated. Especially considering it's now required for those wanting to advance their relic weapon, and that many neglected Bojza and are now having to catch up.

There are better ways to do this though! They've been really bad this patch with incentivizing people to do Bozja content, like not making the CEs a 100% drop chance for memories but the Alliance raids are way higher a drop chance. I feel like onced people have their Law's Order gear they're gonna stop running Delubrum.
