And here we have an example of a friendly casual players opinion on the "toxic hardcore elitists". Truly a shining example of the community. Thanks for reminding me why I absolutely hate hardcore raiders and will enjoy tasting your delicious tears. Imagine crying about content that less then 1% of this games population will ever see.
Hardcore raiders do make the most noise for sure considering this thread is an 18 page echo chamber of crying.
Hmm, does the same team that works on Bozja/Deep Dungeon also do Ultimate? I am not sure if Bozja actually had anything to do with the delay, and would attribute that more to the bug. Even if the tasks are shared between the two instances, how many players actually participate in Ultimate compared to Bozja? It's just odd to me that the same playerbase that supports this team when they mention they have had difficulty due to real life constrictions, changes their tone completely when announcements like this are made.
Also I should ask, considering that 6.0 hits shelves this fall, 6.1 likely won't be out until Late November, but more likely December at the earliest, and that is assuming they do not encounter anymore setbacks, and push it further to the smaller patch that comes after 6.1; my question though is if it is the best Ultimate to date at that point, will the wait be worth it?
I don't do Ultimate, but I am no stranger to grieving caused by setbacks. My best advice is to find a way to utilize the extra time that would have otherwise gone to preparing for a new ultimate in 5.5. Even if not in game. I am quite certain there are other productive things you can do and catch up on during this time. Good luck out there Ultimate runners.
I think he meant the thrill to experience a part of the story in a condensed fight, with astounding cinematic and music?
The excitement we feel the first time the party got revived and see golden bahamut, cast all your lbs and see ultimate weapon, survive wormhole and beat the enrage to see the transition of perfect alexander?
Or maybe the sense of achievement when we make progression as a team and clear the fight at last?
As for me I enjoy both the shouts and laughters when the achievement jumped; and the time i spent learning my job, working with my cohealer and other member to plan our cooldowns and mitigations to keep the party alive.
Believe it or not even the meme is part of the fun.
But..clearly you dont care about ultimate nor do you respect those who enjoy it.
I don't respect people who want to cut content just so they get content that they enjoy (as is the premise of this thread), sorry.I think he meant the thrill to experience a part of the story in a condensed fight, with astounding cinematic and music?

Shockingly enough, I was.

It is because Ultimate is only a few people that does that, but the masses around the relic is 1000 folds larger, hence they prioritise their main playerbase first, then the rest after.
