I do agree with you.
On the other hand, it's also something I've wanted for two years.
I've really, really wanted to change. I had my hopes high in the first release.
Then they said it was gender locked, and the forums created the largest thread in the game's history in hopes of changing that.

And it will give the dev team a lot more money. Fantasia potions are straight-up lucrative real-life cash.

And that funding can be used to allocate to other resources that we want.

Important stuff that we all want in this game. Meaningful content. And permit more personnel hiring and budgeting.

I see this as win/win/win/win/win.
