relic grind i wished would of happen

Players will slog through the grind happily if:

1. The weapons look awesome as heck.
2. The ilvl is high enough to justify the grind.
3. The content is fun.

SE threw all that out the window and went: "We need to get veteran players playing old content again to fill 24-man spots hurrrrrr. We need new players coming in to feel like the game is active!"
