i didn't want to make this thread because of my previous one about the previous event - but really was waiting for this event and we get another hat ?
it's enough that the new hairstyle added this latest patch does not work for Viera/Hrothgar .

before you get mad , i understand there are many threads about this topic already but maybe it's the only way se would notice us .

Event Rewards, Mog Station Items, and AF Gear at the least should be rectified to fit everyone and I will never apologize for complaining that content I paid for is not visible on the race I chose that they failed to implement properly.
And the sooner they address this issue, the sooner we stop complaining about it.
So make as many threads as you want, my sub matters just as much as anyone else's and I want to be included in the content I pay for.

All the above stated, plus, this event rolled into an event needs to stop, and the rewards in general are super lackluster....big throwaway with events lately.

agreed this needs to be addressed i get covid is a thing and stuff is behind but even a hey stuff is coming update would be nice its been radio silence for 2 years now on the hair and hat topic

I agree, I was so excited for this event, I sw (two events combined in one) so I thought, (omg this is going to be neat) only for them to slap my face with a moogle hat that looks like a re-skin, and to add to that, hrothgars and vierra can't wear that, like what the heck!? SE are you saying we don't support you enough or something? do we need to buy more stuff on the mogstation? Like you could at least even bring back some old valentines events for other players but didn't bother with that either.
I don't mind if they extended the event just so they can make maybe a table top item with roses in it, or a pink and blue bird minion, or a throw a rose emote, and the story could be super small! this was extremely disappointing and I hope they realize it quickly.
I'm sure the community wouldn't mind waiting at all for nice rewards for this lackluster of a event.
Might as well call it MOOGLE DAY.

I'm less annoyed about it with combat gear because at least I can still make use of the stats. The items isn't entirely useless. But cosmetic gear? Its only function is looking a certain way so when you have races who cannot use it the item is completely meaningless.

Again less annoyed about it if it's just one item from a selection of many that I can't use but in the case of this event...literally 50% of the event rewards are not usable by my character. With cosmetic rewards you can choose pretty much any type of item and that SE chose to make one of the two items a hat that two races can't use really makes me feel like they just don't care.

Already hrothgar and viera have such little choice in head options due to limited hairstyles, especially hrothgar with the idiotic hair being tied to faces thing. On top of that they cannot wear most hats in the game. On top of that repeatedly the event rewards are giving us something we can't use. If I don't see any improvements in the next expansion I'm just going to lose all hope that they ever intend to treat all races equally. Yes covid is a thing but we haven't even been given the smallest scrap of anything to look forward to. No concept art, no announcement, nothing. I'm tired of this.

Considering the state of the world I'm willing to give them a pass when it comes to combining events. Newly added headgear for Viera and Hrothgar on the other hand....

Rage after Feb 06 would be better I think
