I tried googling that and so much came up had no idea where to start.
I was getting results for FF11 and FF14 and it looks like they have their own forum too?
Could you please more directly point me to (or link me) what you're trying to show me?
Read that forum -- that's a good place to start.

That's a good place to start?
I dunno... since you advised it I've spent much of the evening skimming through it and TBH it looks just like any other forum.
I saw threads like:
SMN help
Zenos was the best part of SB (this was not about Zenos but a random complaints thread)
Timeline of Bastok
Job profile Geomancer
ShB benchmark thread
Theory crafting
Plotholes and unclear issues
Polls
Post pics wiping to Absolute Virtue (only 3 of the links work but the pics were great)
FF11 crash only when I log in on my main
What controller do you prefer and why
Etc.
I'm not sure what you want me to see here, but I don't think I'm finding it.

Did they though? Ive read versions of this argument a lot over the last couple years, and it never quite sat right with me. The system that was created was a random and unknowable timer that blocks purchase, and IIRC said system was later amended to allow relocations(which werent a thing yet if i have the timeline straight in my head) since that doesnt change the number of plots without an owner. To me that always seemed like the intention was you would see a plot, check if you could buy it, and note to come back at a later time if it wasnt available yet. Then people looking for the path of least resistance decided sitting still for hours on end and repeatedly clicking was the "most efficient" way to deal with that system. Placard spamming isnt fun, it prevents you from actually playing the game, if youre doing it manually you potentially risk minor injury, and if you automate it you potentially risk your account(though in practice, this doesnt seem to be the case very often). That sure sounds to me like the game DIScouraging said behavior.
And this isnt in any way saying the system we have is good. For as much "white knighting" as i see people accused of, i dont think ive seen anyone say that this is a good system. A new form of instanced housing(multiple sizes, indoor/outdoor areas, possibly different surroundings) is 100% what i think the game needs to fix these issues. Everything else seems like a bandaid at best.
No, just there is no perfect solution and that would be a start, Im just pointing out as much as i could have bad luck and loose it, or how i didnt get a house during Shirogane savage or EVER before myself, the few % who play at night are on bad luck as well. Its not ideal, but it eliminates the need to 24/7 no life.
Don't accuse me for not wanting houses for others - for all i care they should get their A##es up and get enough wards for at least 50% the players or smt... "homeless" FC's or empty, unused houses make me sad actually...
you are restricting their opportunities to buy a house entirely. the situations where you didn't get a house you still had the chance. you are suggesting to remove the third shift's chance to buy during their regular hours and instead would be forcing them to try and buy during times they would be asleep or otherwise not playing because of your own lack of self control. No, just there is no perfect solution and that would be a start, Im just pointing out as much as i could have bad luck and loose it, or how i didnt get a house during Shirogane savage or EVER before myself, the few % who play at night are on bad luck as well. thats not "bad luck", it's just self serving.

LOL This man doing God's work and researching the whole site. xDThat's a good place to start?

Would you care to explain *how* they are forcing you to stay up all night? because there have been plenty of people that fight this point and they all fall short.
The people of the past have said they were being forced because of the following. Included, but not limited to:
- Housing is Required for Gardening
- Housing is Required for Completion
- Housing is there and I want it, therefore..
The first two couldn't be more wrong. You don't need a house to garden. There are plant pots that work inside an Apartment to do the same thing. Cross-breeding cannot be done with said plant-pots, but you do not need to cross-breed, as you can purchase the seeds you require from other players.
The third? I find it laughable, to be frank. If you want the house, then it's not SE forcing you to do it. That's your obsession talking. You're holding the gun pointed at your own head.
If it is not any of these three, please enlighten me. As I do genuinely want to see just where the "forcing us to camp" mentality stems from, if not Obsession.
Why can't some of you see that your fellow players wanting housing so bad that they are willing to spend all night hoping to get lucky enough to get through the random-ass timer are not the enemy here?
You acknowledge the system is not good, yet you blame placard-spammers for being desperate? What, so we don't deserve housing because we're not lucky enough?
Can't you play house in your plots and mind your own business? What harm do we do to you?
If they want to spend the night camping a placard, that is their choice but they are the ones responsible for making that choice. You don't have to camp a placard to get a house. Plenty of players in recent months, including this past week, managed to get their house without sitting for hours at a placard. Why can't some of you see that your fellow players wanting housing so bad that they are willing to spend all night hoping to get lucky enough to get through the random-ass timer are not the enemy here?

They need to stop blaming others for what they have chosen to do.
