    - This may be an unpopular opinion, but put 2-3 skill combos into a single button like in pvp. It doesn't take any more skills to do 1-2-3 than it does to do 1-1-1, but it simply complicates key binding matters for those without gaming mice for no reason.
    - I don't even know what to propose, but do something for the healer experience.
    - Some solo challenge mode similar to what BLU gets, or the wow mage tower. Only cosmetic rewards.
    - Very minor thing, but maybe a little notification similar to achievement notifications whenever you get a spell. I recently caught myself not realizing that I got this one spell for like 8 lvls on an alt class lol.
    - All jobs should have an ogcd spell by lvl 2 at the latest - the lack of ogcd in the early game is an atrocious first impression to newcomers. On the same topic, the jobs require to feel a bit more complete earlier in the leveling process.

    Joking aside, since Necromancy is about reanimating it could very well be a dark-themed healer job. Maybe have its "oh, sh-" button be a version of Living Dead combined with Excogitation. A heal that activates if the target drops under 1HP and prevents a single death, but you still need to heal them afterwards because it won't heal them to full or something.

    Yeh, necromancer could work, otherwise a more vampiric theme absorbing the enemies' life and sending it to allies or some such.

    For tanks in general:

    - More complexiy to increase a bit more the skill gap and add engaging mechanics so we don't feel like simplified dps.

    For DRK:

    For GNB:

    - whatever they do don't add inner release variant to the job.
    - solid barrel original combo sfx restored.
    - maybe more cartridge skills and expand the cartridge mechanic.

    More unique job identity. Let’s go down that route that gives at least, just 1 skill per class that is given importance in a job quest, with a heavy lore background of the skill, and it can be that your entire 80-90 job quest revolves obtaining and nurturing this skill.

    honestly what I would like is if they can try to step away from savage bosses being a matter of doing every motion and every skill like clockwork.

    It's kind of the core issue of the game.
    t's why every tank is basically the same set of cooldowns with varying dps rotations
    It's why they can't come up with a new healer concept
    It's why the dps classes are tending towards homogenizing instead of unique synergies

    It's not even really all that fun just memorizing a dance routine.

    Beast Master and either Chemist or Geomancer become new jobs.

    Blue Mage is able to be adjusted where it can actually be played with other players in Duty Finder and story mode.

    So many ppl asking for Chemist as a healer, I'd want it mixed with Flintlock from FFTA2. Weapon is a handcannon which is basically a portable 1 handed bazooka that they fire potion mixtures and shells with. AoE abilities all tied to manual marker placement instead of auto center on self or target.

    Melee STR based DPS utilizing heavier armor like DRG. Cause DRG currently doesnt share armor with other DPS. Maybe have it wield a warscythe?
    Melee Dex based DPS. Same reasoning IMO as DRG. NIN doesnt really share armor with other DPS from HW onward.

    Gambler as a physical ranged DPS using cards as a weapon with RNG game of chance skills

    Spellblade as a new melee magic DPS that charges their strikes with magic spells

    Templar as a new tank using tower shields paired with 1 handed pikes/spears that has no self healing/sustain in exchange for better damage mitigation and abilities that can debuff enemies.

    Yes, aware we arent getting that many jobs, I felt like leaving a bunch of different suggestions though :P

    I'd like ranged to actually be more of a support dps to justify their damage being lower.

    As it stands yes the 10% mitigation per 120s is useful, but the role as a whole is pretty uninspired, you could make an argument that Monk and Summoner have more useful utility than Bard and Machinist, and both have utility on par with dancer.

    It's honestly just kinda sad how little impact the role has in groups, we can't carry with top damage, we can't rez people, we can't do more than mitigate 1 or 2 things every 120s, we can't even help our freshly rezzed healer to get their mana back up now
