Ah okay, yeah I missed the first mention of the XP boost. Good to hear, that would have been awful otherwise lol. It'll give you a bonus, like Guardian's Aspect does for leves (I assume, only not as much obviously). That section you quoted is just saying that eating ingredients will ONLY give you an experience point bonus, as opposed to a prepared dish which gives the experience point bonus as well as a stat boost.
I'm excited about this change. Time to grind my CUL and ALC to 50 before anything else! Flood that market with high quality food...
Exp point bonus on food....you have got to be kidding me.
Why don't we just have an auto-level button? Every single patch this becomes more, and more instantly gratifying. Might as well cut out all the middle stuff.
Outside of that ridiculousness. Seems decent enough.

I don't see a problem with EXP bonusses. I like it in fact. Why do you think grinding for hours on end is gratifying? I don't get it...
Food and medicine are up to FF11 standards now, if not better![]()
Oh my god, you are right! +3% exp bonus is really too big. SE, change it to +1% pleaseMarmot steak
Physical attack +13% (maximum 15)
Strength +7% (maximum 3)
EXP bonus +3%
/sarcasm
i personally don't see the point in xp bonus its so easy to get. but if its there and even if its small i guess it will help drive the market so its good that way. id rather them nerf xp by 5% then give food a 5% bonus on it so it doesn't get higher.
i got from lvl 34-36(about 75k xp) in 45 mins the other day(not being PL) i wouldn't call that grinding for hours on end, 1 year ago it would have taken about 6-8 hours to do that. i was lucky to get 1 lvl a day if i played for hours at a time. that was grinding.I don't see a problem with EXP bonusses. I like it in fact. Why do you think grinding for hours on end is gratifying? I don't get it...
i haven't had a lvl 1 class for a while but im guessing after killing the first mob you instantly gain 3-5 lvls anymore.
