It's 125% of the total healing done (including overhealing) so you'll get the full effect even if they're full HPI'm leveling Scholar* and it's been both challenging and fun! However, I'm confused by guides on Youtube.
All the guides say to cast Aldo on the tank pre-pull. But, the description of the spell states that Galvanize and Catalyst strengths are 125% of the HP restored.
Since the tank has full health pre-pull, this means zero HP is restored, right? So, wouldn't it be better to wait for the health of the tank to drop a bit before casting Aldo on them?

Not necessarily incorrect, just potentially misleading since the spell will always "restore" HP, it just "restores" HP that didn't actually need restoring.
