I never said they were screaming, I said they should have raspy voices that would better match the sounds they already made before being given voices.

Also kind of weird that you think british fop voice = cultured and raspy voice = uncultured. I would think culture is determined by the things you say, not the sound of your voice. They can be polite and still sound like wingless bat creatures.
Shrieking and screaming are synonyms and you definitely said shrieking. Additionally nothing has been done to suggest kobold have raspy voices. Personally I wouldn't even describe their battle cries as raspy.
I literally didn't say that, lol. I was arguing with the notion that several people have voiced that they should sound more animalistic or monstrous and that they sound "too human."
You on the other hand made the "fanciful butler" comparison and others described the voice as posh. Words have meaning.

And we have so many accents and dialects in the world, yet they gave him a generic child voice. Kobolds also talk with their mouths open most of the time (as in, no lips) and are very fidgety, so I kinda expect them to talk fast. Would the end result sound good, probably not. Would it fit, yeah.

Why? Ga Bu is a child ... I found nothing wrong with their voice at all.

This part of the MSQ was so underwhelmingly boring that I don’t even remember Ga Bu’s VA at all.
