By "free" most of us mean not charging extra, since we pay for a sub. And extra retainers. And an obscene amount of cash shop items. We pay them to do a job, and that is delivering a quality product.

Well, as already pointed out "for free" isn't what was meant technically... We're already paying a sub, and this should be a feature we get for the money we're already paying them. Other games seem to add things like this without resorting to charging extra for it.

Yeah, imagine adding things f2p games already have to p2p game, cringe. Square Enix is obviously small indie studio and Yoshi P alone makes this game.

If it was something that is typically part of my job, or within the scope of my general job duties, then yes, I would do it if my boss asked me to at no extra cost to the company, as it is generally defined by my job description.

What we should REALLY have is a glamour log, that unlocks the appearance of any items we have equipped/bound to our character, without the need for any space in any kind of storage.

Yes, I do like that method better. SWTOR had that. Once you've had it in your inventory it's an achievement, and can be glamoured at any time in the future. Vendor the item, no need to retain it at all.
