My other cheap entertainment are books I can hold-- physical goods-- paints and art supplies .. these are digital goods and it is only a modern day anomaly that some of society measure digital worth on even grounds as physical property. You don't even own FFXIV just as you don't own Disney.. We just pay to enjoy it but resources are much different; harder to really assign a worth since there is no stopping every single person from owning every single digital item offered asides from money. Disney is gated by real world limits; resource limitations; maximum capability laws they must adhere too. Server getting clogged? Get an additional server-- yes, this costs money but they're already making a killing in sales when it gets to worlds reaching their maximum limits.

Anyways.. we're not changing any minds here; I can say that there is such a thing as a Buyer's Remorse solely due to the cost of what you get -- you can tell me my feelings are wrong. It's something we'll have to disagree on.
