Half of a ward being owned by one person

The only upside is that that person actually uses and decorates all those houses with great care to set up a RP ward. Still sucks, yeah, but as long as multiple accounts are used and people stay true to the rules SE won't do anything.

An account should not be able to buy and lead 8 FC's. That needs to stop. If people want to pay multiple subs and buy additional housing more power to them. Flagging an account the minute a main or alt is promoted to Leader should stop the appointing of another alt on that account from being leader somewhere else. They do it with private sales and need to do it with FC leadership.

I was checking out Spriggan's housing wards, and someone owns almost TWO entire wards in The Goblet. .

I have an alt on Spriggan with a small FC and know exactly who you're talking about. Those homes for the most part were purchased during the period of FC exclusivity I might add.
