Kinda wish that promo art was an in-game poster for the event. I'd put that up in my house.

Isn’t cyberpunk not very good? Not my thing but I heard it’s buggy and average.
You guys were right, I was wrong.
BIG CP2077 SPOILERS.
The ending of Cyberpunk is awful, pointless, meaningless. It erases all previous enjoyment in the story. Rather, all enjoyment of the game as a whole. The game offers no actual choices as an RPG, all of it's endings lead to the same outcome. Look them up at your own risk, but you won't understand what I mean without the full context of the game.
More spoilers
Not only did they butcher their story, and made the eventual addition of further DLC pointless with the endings as they are, they butchered Keanu's character. They try to railroad us into liking his character, pushing him on us at every opportunity, but that isn't the worst part. The worst part is he horrifically assaults you during your first impression. It was way too far. He not only physically assaults you, he verbally assaults you, demeans you. As a female character it was actually beyond too far. They made his character irredeemable, and because of this the endings are EVEN MORE bitter.
I don't know what is wrong with CDPR. Did they not think a scene like that and then their storytelling wouldn't, and I am not even being hyperbolic here, trigger people? It triggered me! I haven't told people this, but I was raised around abuse, and I couldn't believe my eyes when CDPR did this! I was angry, and I am angry! I have literally NO CLUE what CDPR thought they were doing, did they just want to include some edge? No satisfying ending exacerbates this issue.
It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't force that character on us, but they do. He is forced on us throughout the entire game. The supposed "good" endings are reliant on you befriending this abuser, I will NEVER befriend him. I don't care what about his backstory, or what he was going through at the time, that gives him NO right to treat you like that. ESPECIALLY considering the context.
Long story short, I think anybody who stopped playing this game to playthrough Cyberpunk will be back before you think, if they aren't already. Even I am probably going to do the Christmas event today, and try to cap out before the reset.
I have also deleted my above post. Misinformation. Worthless.

Sounds more like you didn't know about said character's lore or that the devs said they were not a nice guy.You guys were right, I was wrong.

Anyway I enjoyed most of the event.
Then they shouldn't have added this... I won't say it because I'll get banned. He shouldn't have been made an integral part of the story, they try to railroad you into his ending. I get it that he was a rebel, a terrorist. But just your character's first interaction with him is appalling. Like I said, he actually triggered me. It actually brought up old memories, like when he asks for a cigarrete then he proceeds to beat and berate you. I did this as a FEMALE character too, by the way. It was way, way too far. Some people might think I am being hyperbolic, or exaggerating.. but I'm not. Growing up around that kind of abuse, and then having my character in a supposed RPG go through that, and then the devs have the audacity to make this man an integral part of NOT ONLY our main story, but our side content too. No way. It is actually unbelievable. Really it's unforgiveable.
I don't care if it's a dark future. A man shouldn't EVER treat a woman like that. Frankly, like I said, it was even too far for male characters. But God Almighty, it was just too much on a female.
Good to hear, I'm going to boot up FFXIV soon, and finish up before the reset. Can't wait to see the mount!
