We don't know yet. We still need to figure out the sector breakpoints. And that can only be done once we reach rank 80 in a few days. So expect something like 2 weeks

how to unlock the 3rd map for submarines. I have 3 (lvl76/76/75) and only the 2 first maps...
Our Free Company is Rank 20.

Look for the unlocks on page 1 here, spam them. I don't believe FC rank is involved in the unlocks.

You can still build it. With the upgrades that come with increased rank you might be able to skip a few of those +s. BiS is, I believe, still fluid.

The one that has:

1. enough surveillance to get the items from the new zones
2. enough favor to double dip in those zones
3. the best speed/range combination

Nobody has returned from the level 80 zone yet, so we don't know know what the numbers for #1 and #2 are yet.
