Well, one doesn't normally hire an entire data centre, one hires a rack or two in a colo. As for numbers, do you think the number of English speakers on Tonberry + the aussies spread over NA servers would be a greater number than say the lowest population NA server? One where an single person can own an entire ward?

I’ve got at least 250+ ping, no VPN used, and I can still get by savage just fine.
