There is nothing serious about this. And you continue to prove my point on how childish you're acting because again, you story got dismissed. And least my parents didn't raise a child that lies on forums to seek attention, grow up.What's toxic is the way people choose to respond when they disagree. Your comments are insensitive and rude. You came to a thread and stated your opinion...again...and again... and not in a productive way. I call things as I see it and I definitely see a bunch of people who are no better than my stalker. Lurking in threads to tear people down when theyre expressing serious concern.
Im just going to add you to my ignore list now. Your comments are extremely unproductive and just degrading, its very unbecoming of you. I hope you can work on your communication skills and find more appropriate ways to talk to people in the future. Enjoy your weekend.
No it's not fair. And I happen to think that FC owners and housing owners in general should have more control. You are missing my entire point. If someone takes advantage of the features available to them, It's not a reportable offense. Make a suggestion. I've made housing suggestions in the past, including making it so that only people in FC and Friends List can enter a house.. or making a list of people allowed... but if someone I don't like walks in I'm not going to report them. That's insane. How is that fair to other players that they can't also enjoy the FC house with their friends??? It isnt. Also, I have temporarily closed the FC house, but again, its just not fair to my members and no one should have to be subjected to that kind of decision because another player cant act like a decent person.

Likewise. My brain is slowly deteriorating reading whatever you type. And next time you make a post, don't lie about.
I talked about it. In other games, you can prevent selected people from visiting your house. I think this is fair. If you had such a function, you would not need any reports. But since there is no such function in this game, you have to choose to deny entry or messages to everyone. Instead of cutting off a branch, you need to chop down the entire tree. This is strange.
If you want to make a suggestion then submit a suggestion. Do not file a report for harassment, when what you really should be doing is making a suggestion. I don't know how it works at Square Enix, but in my job if someone submits a "complaint" it is treated as a complaint. People aren't going to then submit any suggestions nestled within the compliant to the people who process suggestions. If you want change, don't submit over 100 reports, many of which may get ignored after a certain number... why not submit a suggestion? I'll tell you why because people see the "suggestion" option, which is LITERALLY on the same screen as the "harassment" option and think to themselves "I WANT TO PUNISH THE PERSON WHO I THINK WRONGED ME" and so they figure that harassment is against the rules, so they choose that. It doesn't matter if the person they want to punish is actually guilty of harassment or if the support staff has said over and over and over to blacklist and ignore them. They will ALWAYS choose harassment instead of suggestion and NOTHING will get done about the issue they want fixed. It's so sad.I talked about it. They absolutely should have more options! If only to give certain members permissions to open or close the FC, literally anything would be better than what they have going right now. I just think that there are alternatives to the player features that we have in-game now that would really work out better for all players and Id like SE to take a look at them.No it's not fair. Reporting so many times has been a concern of mine for a while, and I had brought it up to GMs as well as SE staff that I felt these reports were excessive but they just encouraged me to keep reporting instances as they occured. And ofc, I was naive and thought SE would help. I actually had a lot of faith in SE to handle this situation because i thought they were really good about this sort of thing. I can see how you might have the perspective that you do regarding so many reports, but its equally as frustrating for me to just do what I feel is right to prevent stalking and nothing changed/I get blamed for it.
The stalker is real and yeah, a lot of the time she can just be an eyesore, but she has also done other things that I felt were really upsetting, such as when her obsession with me starts to affect my FC members or friendships. Most of my reports are for this players actions that i found to be genuinely serious.

Veliaire, to me, that shows a large fault with the people taking the tickets.
A decent group of support staff would spot the trend, put two and two together and say "Hmm, you know, we do get a lot of different people saying that one sided defriending is a crock, we should push that upwards"
I've dealing with bots for months. I've sent 2 reports about this one bot.. one report was about the auto trading, and the other was about the character having over 30 retainers. The bot is still functioning. I am just waiting to see if maybe it will be deleted during the next purge. If not, I am going to not renew my membership and make a post about it, and take a long break from the game. That's the only thing big companies understand. Money.
If you want to see huge changes in housing and with the user interface. Make a public post in a forum, similarly to what you've done here, but make it a suggestion thread and make it clear what it is you are suggestion. More options for house owners. More control over what a player can see in game. Don't send anymore reports that may only be seen and dismissed by one support worker. If this was a suggestion thread I'd support it 100%.

You don't really understand how things work. A company hires the least amount of people they can to get the most amount done. When you work in a support capacity you work from a queue and most likely have a quota of how many issues you can close in a given day. These people are just doing their jobs as they are told to do them, the best that they can. I don't see it as a failure and the fact that they remain polite and courteous even though they get so many reports tells me they are more than "decent".Veliaire, to me, that shows a large fault with the people taking the tickets.
