Sorry for bumping this topic, but I probably won't stop thinking about this till it gets answered or some news comes up about it, be it added to the Online Store for Europe, a Moogle Tombstone event with it as a reward or the campaign finally being released as "normal".

I know it probably won't ever get answered so this is probably a folly but I think it's important for people to know that Europe hasn't had it yet (still). I'm probably just a "cry-baby" for not getting the campaign yet but for a lot of people who play this game the event has come and gone while the EU accounts have been left in the dust about it, some not even knowing that NA/JP players who could get it already got the opportunity of getting it over a year ago. Hey any news on it is better then people never knowing about it, then seeing it (by NA/JP accounts who have it playing on EU DC) and wondering if they could have ever gotten it.

Ok since we got a new upcoming Campaign event for JP (which looks to be slowly filtering to other regions later), this being announced in Live Letter LX1 (61), I'm feeling certain that EU will never get it, and it looks like they may just ignore us EU folk for any upcoming campaigns :/. Why though Square Enix, feels like you're kicking EU people (especially mount collectors) in the balls extra hard with that announcement of the Brown/Chocolate Korpokkur Kollossus Campaign for JP with it coming it other regions later.

I am not sure I follow your reasoning... Game languages (JP,EN,FR,DE) and account regions (JP,NA,EU/Other) are completely independent.

irc Quebec has some ridiculously strict laws regarding contests, so most companies decide to simply exclude it
