    It's actually relatively straightforward to balance out. What shifts the balance is if you turn it into a passive trait that you get for just breathing, but that's the same as giving a job higher baseline defensive stats than everyone else.
    The issue is basically with the way tank damage works right now you're probably better off taking predictable one-time damage spikes that instantly get healed by oGCDs than constant ticking damage and making it a passive would make it too good.
